Sunday's Suckiest: Kentucky, You Let Me Down
I have many friends of both political parties. I have yet to see anyone post anything favorable on social media towards Donald Trump. I have seen just one person with a "Make America Great Again" hat which he was holding in his hand. (Probably regretting that he had worn it out in public.) Combine the lack of Trump bumper stickers, yard-signs, that I have seen in with the news coverage of the blatantly racist actions of his supporters this past week at the Kentucky Convention Center, I was not expecting 10,000+ Jefferson County citizens to vote for the Donald.
Who are these people lending their support to a guy who supports bigotry? Who are these people who voted for a guy who talks about the size of his "hands". Where are these people who casted their vote for someone who answers questions in nothing but superlatives without any content?
They're quiet, but they walk among us.
I thought with everything that happened this week, surely this state was going to have enough sense to vote for Rubio or Kasich. Well, if this is what you want my Republican friends, then I hope you're ready for 4 to 8 years of Hillary at the helm.
Kentucky,
you are Sunday's Suckiest.
